Every instructor we've talked to has been burned at least once. No-show coverage. Locked doors. A class they lost because the sub turned it into an audition. ClassSub is built to fix those things. Right now there's no charge to use it, no card on file, no trial expiry. We may add paid features for studio owners and admins down the road. Questions instructors actually ask.

Is there a charge to use ClassSub?

No charge today. No card on file, no trial expiry, no premium tier hiding features. We may eventually add paid tools for studio owners. If anything ever changes for instructors, we'll say so directly, no surprise invoices.

How is this different from a public marketplace?

ClassSub is a closed, trusted-circle model. Your sub requests only ever go to people you've added to your group. There's no public discovery, no random instructors claiming your class, no scrolling through unknown profiles. You curate the circle once; the trust compounds.

Will my sub steal my job?

ClassSub bakes in an anti-poaching reminder. After every cover, the substitute sees a one-tap reminder that subbing your class isn't an audition. The studio relationship stays yours. We can't prevent every social dynamic, but we make the norm explicit.

What if I teach at multiple studios?

Most ClassSub users do. Create a separate group for each studio, or accept invites to your studios' existing groups. All your coverage lives in one inbox and one calendar, no matter how many places you teach.

Does ClassSub handle the money?

No. ClassSub tracks the agreed pay amount on each sub request so everyone's on the same page, but the actual payment happens between you and your sub directly (Venmo, Cash App, cash). We never touch your money.

How do invites work?

Group admins generate invite links and share them by text, email, AirDrop, or group chat. Recipients tap the link, install ClassSub, and join the group automatically. No friction, no manual approval queue.

What if no one claims my class?

If you're running out of time, tap SOS. It broadcasts the request to everyone eligible in your group immediately, bypassing the head-start window. Most last-minute coverage gets claimed within minutes.
